unplanned beauty

Sometimes, in a whirl of staging different photos of artwork for the different publications at Stampington & Co., I capture a beautiful photo that is both of the artwork I'm shooting and nothing about the artwork. This is a poetic way of saying that sometimes when I screw up, it yields interesting results. These are photos of one of Anne Bagley's paper dolls I photographed for the last issue of Art Doll Quarterly. The photos in the magazine looks nothing like these, though, rest assured!
